You train on a programme you can run before work, after the commute home, or in a hotel gym, and your coach keeps it on track through the app. Several Optimum clients split their time between London and Dubai, and the plan simply moves with them. Qualified specialists, not influencers

Every Optimum coach holds a degree in a sport science field, has at least five years of coaching experience, and is certified to REPs Level 3 or NSCA. Optimum is founded and led by Ali Al Ramahi, coaching between London and Dubai since 2011.

How much does personal training in London cost?

Where in London do you train clients?

Coaching is hybrid: an online core you run on the app, plus in-person sessions arranged around where you live and work, including the City and Canary Wharf. Many clients train before work or after the commute home.

Do you offer online coaching as well as in person?

Yes. Most clients use a hybrid of app-based programming and in-person sessions, which keeps progress going when you travel. Fully online coaching is also available worldwide.

How is this different from a regular gym personal trainer?

Every Optimum coach is degree-educated in sport science, has 5+ years of experience and is certified to REPs Level 3 or NSCA. The method covers training, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle, not just sessions in a gym.
