The hard part in London is rarely the training itself, it is fitting it around a commute, long days and frequent travel. A hybrid model solves it. You train on a programme you can run before work, after the commute home, or in a hotel gym, and your coach keeps it on track through the app. Several Optimum clients split their time between London and Dubai, and the plan simply moves with them. That is how busy men here make progress that actually sticks.
Every Optimum coach holds a degree in a sport science field, has at least five years of coaching experience, and is certified to REPs Level 3 or NSCA. Optimum is founded and led by Ali Al Ramahi, coaching between London and Dubai since 2011.
